Here in Fort Worth/Dallas they have passed ordinances against it.I think it's the funniest thing to see three or four youngsters getting off a bus or walking down the street with their hands firmly in place.I have friends in their early thirties that used to wear huge wide leg pants like one huge bell bottom..The bigger the better..I do not see any of them wearing that now and they feel kinda silly for weraring those MC hammer pants..LOL funny stuff Mommakat |

I agree. I was driving down the street not too long ago and a teenager with these pants was running. I laughed as his pants fell down. He had to stop to pick them up. |

Actually, if truth be known, some men are gifted with cute hineys...it becomes evident in teenhood...it's those that ain't got nothin' goin' for'em that wear the big hanging off the top stuff to hide that fact. |

I think that this is one of the stupidest fashions to ever come along. Underpants are supposed to be under your pants. When I see someone wearing their pants so low that their undies are showing, I'm pretty sure that I'm looking at someone who is an idiot. |

I like my hubby wearing tight pants way more than baggy one, just wanna pinch the cheeks!!!!LOL, besides, i wonder how often they trip over themselves, it would be pretty funny watching them run from the cops, climbing over fences with one hand, holding their draws with the other, that should go into the dumb criminals archives!!~~MidnightSun |

My 14 year old nephew wears them like this, but he'll only wear super-long tees so that they'll cover his butt! lmao, go figure. Oh, and he's been pantsed (sp?) a few times by his uncle (my hubby) LOL |

I remember in high school, I was in P.E. and we were running around the track. one the boys in class thought he would be so cool to pull his gym shorts way down. So while we were running, there went his shorts....and he tumbled head over heal. I had to hurdle over him just to avoid the collision, LMAO! |

We have them over here also Diana, but you can see the waistband of their undies, apparently it's way cool to show off their Calvin Klein or designer label tags off their smalls. The part that gets me is how raggy the bottoms get from walking all over them, they can't be comfortable! It's the girls that wear their hipsters so low down on the pelvic line and when they bend you can see their thong, that disgusts me...looks terrible... |

Yeah....I remember when 'sagging' wasn't AS extreme as it is now. I have also seen the ones where they have to hold up their pants as they walk. Seems rediculous. Why not just NOT wear pants. I'd almost rather see that than the uncomfort they MUST be feeling. lol. |

I see that and it actually makes me kind of angry. These kids have no idea how idiotic they look, and they think they look "cool". When I was in college, we actually pantsed people that we saw on our hall wearing that fashion. It taught them a lesson not to do it again. It's a free country, but it's my right not to when I go into a restaurant or the grocery store, not to see some kids rear end hanging out. |

I don't get this 'look' at all. It reminds me of a funny story tho from years back. We had taken my ex father in law out for lunch and there was a young kid there...baggy pants. Jim was watching him, confused look on his face. Finally he leans over and taps the boy on the shoulder and says, "Boy, why are you wearing your grandaddies pants?" It was such an honest question I couldn't help but roll in laughter. He really thougth the poor kid had no clothes and had to borrow them. |
