TIPS: I have been baking cookies my whole life. I pretty know all the tips and tricks to making the perfect cookie!
1. The easiest (mess-free) way to roll out cookie dough is between Two Sheets of parchment (wax) paper. Parchment Paper will make your cookie making life SOO Much easier, I swear to GOD!
2. Place a piece of parchment paper onto the cookie sheet before placing the cookies on. This Will Guarantee NO STICKING!! The cookies will Slide Right Off!! And The Cookie sheets can just be rinsed clean. (I worked in a bakery, this made our nights MUCH EASIER)
3. Let the cookies cool for about 1-2 minutes and then place them onto a cooling rack. This will evenly cool the cookies from the bottom up and make them even more YuuuummmmIE!
4. Alot of people who didn't use parchment paper to roll the dough said it can get messy and sticky. So all you have to do is place the dough in the freezer for a little bit and let it harden up.
5. HAVE FUN!!

Although you can use any icing you wish, a recommended icing did come with the recipe:
"NOTE: I make icing with confectioner's sugar and milk. I make it fairly thin, as I "Paint" the icing on the cookies with a pastry brush. Thin enough to spread easily but not so thin that it just makes your cookies wet and runs off"
Prep Time: 20 minutes Cool Time: 8 Minutes Ready In: 3 Hours
Makes 5 Dozen (60 servings).
(Alot of people recommended you chill dough overnight)
