Check on the color after a few minutes, turn it over and do the same. And before you serve, cut a small section in the middle to see if the meat is cooked to the color you desire. (Some prefer rare to well done, LOL) But the grill is a good one! Bon Appetit!  |

you cook it until it's cooked.... when you think it's ready, take it off the grill and cut it and look if it's fully cooked... the instructions are most of the time wrong.. good luck  |

We heat our grill for 10 minutes. Then we put the steaks on and close it. We leave it for ten minutes. Steaks come out perfect for us.  |
