try the zone diet, it works well. you lose about 2 pounds per week and it might not sound like alot but you dont need to kill yourself on excerise ot starve your self and if you lose weight over a longer period of time then you dont gain it back NEARLY as easyly as when you lose it really quickly.  |

Cut out all refined sugar from your diet. Candy, pastries, soda pop....Limit carbohydrates.. Try this and exercise faithfully and I be that you'll lose weight. Best of luck to ya....  |

i am 5'2' and 100 lbs... but i could use 15-20 pounds... i think that u sound like u r very pretty and have a great personality... i dont think u needa lose weight... and a size 7 aint fat! all my friends are size 6 and up to a size 12! they all look great... trust me... dont lose any.  |

I heard that limiting your calories and exercising more, is a good way to lose weight. Make sure you know how many calories you burn while you work out. I lost weight by just doing sit-ups, but it really depends on your body type. Though, i agree with most people that replied, you don't need to lose weight.
