i needa loose weight

ok i weigh 130 pound and i want to loose waigh does n e 1 know a way were i doont have to like use pills and stuff. i exersice and stuff

Date: 7/29/2002 10:03:00 AM  From Authorid: 52826    try the zone diet, it works well. you lose about 2 pounds per week and it might not sound like alot but you dont need to kill yourself on excerise ot starve your self and if you lose weight over a longer period of time then you dont gain it back NEARLY as easyly as when you lose it really quickly.

Make sure you know how many calories you burn while you work out. I lost weight by just doing sit-ups, but it really depends on your body type. Though, i agree with most people that replied, you don't need to lose weight. I think you're under the average for people your age. Lots of love.. ~*Dangerously Tempted*~
