Okay.... everyone's different, but i've always found breathing techniques to be particularly powerful for relaxation(amongst other benefits). Personally, I've just begun to do yoga which i have found to be immense value, but for a lot of people its too much, or whatever..... anywayz, i just found a web site with some links to web resources on how to relax... http://stress.about.com/cs/relaxation/ hope that helps... astral pixilator  |

I always go for a long walk and if I cant walk down the streets I go to the gym and walk on the treadmills for 40 minutes, do ur breathing exercises as well and i'm sure u will feel more relaxed, hope it works for u like it does for me good luck Zeplin42  |
