This is an amazing poem here, ana... i've always been fascinated by the relationship between the inside and the outside, and what makes this poem so great is the smooth ways in which your poem moves in and out, both in style and content - so that the boundaries are blurred, if existent at all. As for thanking the maker - perhaps we can be grateful - because it seems to me that is always when a person feels that his whole life is crashing down around him, that he is most likely to achieve inner reorganisation(with new and taller windows) and then transformation... why shouldn't it be the same for our beleagured global society - which is undoubtedly poised for apocalypse - that we would could now move towards more truly enhancing, and fulfilling the human spirit?  |

Astral, I was trying to find the words to explain here, or to comment on your comment..(lol)..and wrote tirades but it all sounded inept but:We were talking-about the space between us all...And the people-who hide themselves behind a wall of illusion...Never glimpse the truth-then it's far too late-when they pass away. We were talking-about the love we all could share-when we find it...To try our best to hold it there-with our love...With our love-we could save the world-if they only knew. Try to realise it's all within yourself...No-one else can make you change...And to see you're really only very small,And life flows within you and without you. We were talking-about the love that's gone so cold and the people,Who gain the world and lose their soul-They don't know-they can't see-are you one of them? When you've seen beyond yourself-then you may find, peace of mind,Is waiting there-And the time will come when you see we're all one, and life flows on within you and without you. |
