I watched that program and it was VERY disturbing however my mother works with many muslims from Somalia and the majority feel the same as the ones on the program so I kinda already knew how some of them feel. If they hate us so much WHY do they continue to want to study in the USA universities? Why do they want to come here at all? Maybe 9/11 is the real reason they come here???? JMHO, sorry if I offended anyone but that is my opinion and I am entitled to mine just as everyone else is entitled to theirs........  |

No, Racquie ..that is not the only reason that they come here..look at the universities in their countries..THEY ARE NO GOOD...some countries dont even have universities, the students that come here have to get 1280+ on their SAT's before coming to study here. As a muslim, and an american..i feel that those kind of programs are for the govt to get across to the people what they want..they want them to fear those people so that we are on their(govt's) side always and not start some anti-war thing going once we find out whats really going on. The truth is..like 12133 mentioned sadam and many other terrorists not only study here but are lil pawns of the US govt that take control of their own contries and keep them down and does whatever big ol US says to do. They are tyrannts of their country..no one likes them..and this usama case is something diff becasue the people actually do like him becasue that is what the US wants..to show how "muslims" are. But muslims are nothing what they show on TV..people that actually go there and are not pawns or controlled by the govt will tell you. |

SalKam and how do you explain away the Somalian Muslims that my mother works with? Are they right in thinking 9/11 was justified? Should all the innocent victims who died that day be forgotten? I DON'T THINK SO. Thank you but I believe Dateline as I have witnessed some Muslims who do believe America is the Great Satan, LMAO. I don't think so. Like I stated before if they hate us so much why should they have the right to come to our universities so they can learn how to destroy us? Should we just close the borders to ALL? |

Racquie...as a matter fact..coincedently, I went to whataburger to get some food around 4 in the morning about a week ago, and met a sheriff that was also there and couple of other police officers. He3 around 45 or something..and started talkin to me and giving me information about the military and that i should seriouly think about joining if i didnt have money for the rest of my college education. Then we asked me to join him to eat so i did..we started talking about religion and such and then he asked me what i thought about the war..and after i told him. He told me that he thought there was a good reason to the terrorist attacks and the US might of even provoked it..he didnt say "justified" nor would anyone else because killings of thousands of people or even one for that matter can never be justified! He went on to tell me what lead right up to the attacks..and while i listened i could tell right off the bat ..this guy knew what he was talking about ..unlike many other people that are totally supporting this war and is behind the govt. So if the US govt provoked these attacks i am pretty sure they not only knew but were counting on such attacks so they start a world wide retaliation..labeling it as "ww3." Now this guy also had many good muslim friends ..we disagreed on the topic of religion but in the end he learned many things about Islam that he didnt know about, and many of the thing she did know were traditional, hypocritical lies. Anyways what i am trying to say here is in time of "war" instead of learning from the past like in "history books" we tend to do the same things all over again no matter what becasue that is the intention of this govt or any other govt for that matter. WE HATE. Muslims are growing in number around the world and many predict it will surpass many other religons in the long run..and some are worried of that. And about the govt they need jus one reason to attack others. We dont even know what is actually going on in the attacks against the other countries just like we were never told the whole truth and nothing but the truth when the attack on us began and before that. This has been going on through out our history and it will never stop. Only the poeple that live in those countries know what is going on there and their govt wont tell them about us ..and so the cycle continues..of hate around the world. Think about it. SalKam believe it or not I have researched the Muslim religion as well as the Jewish religion and the Isreali/Palestine conflict. I stand by my statements on how I feel about this. I believe WHAT I see, and I see MUSLIMS who feel the attack WAS JUSTIFIED, their words NOT mine. I think if ANYONE, Muslim, Christian, Jewish, Atheist, Agnostic, Hindu, Pagan, etc. feels these attacks were justified THEY ARE DISGUISTING EXCUSES FOR HUMAN LIFE, jmho........ |
