A maze of mirrors a forest can be; With every direction you see the same tree.
Deep in the woods, it lurks at night; Your heart beats fast and hard in fright.
The wind picks up, and the leaves rustle; You'd better hurry, you better hustle.
Dark clouds move in, as it begins to rain; Remember now, you're in their domain.
A flash of lightning, a clap of thunder; What was that? I wonder.
On and on, you walk through the fog; A shadow runs by, was it a wolf or somebody's dog?
One set of eyes, at you they stare. Do you notice? Or do you care?
One blood curdling howl is joined by another; But was it it's sister or was it it's brother?
This scene, this picture, something it lacks; Oh yeah! Now you remember, they travel in packs.
Fast and hard, your heart pounded; Look around, 'cause now you're surrounded.
Closer and closer they get; Teeth bared, fangs dripping wet.
Staring at you, as you stare back; They accept your challenge, then leap to attack!
They rip you apart, and tear you to shreds; Even though you may not be dead.
You wake up with a earth shattering scream; Lucky for you, it was only a dream.
