Grasping to the shortest straw . That time will burn away . It's the turning of a rolling wheel . In the center of your mind . A place where I am remembered . When you call me time to time . And you think of love . And how I use to touch you . And you ask if I know that you miss me . And ask me if I miss you too . But the answer is always " No . " Oh No .... Oh No .... You're the one who let me go . I saw you yesterday . You were moving through the heat . I was glad you did'nt see me . As I walked down the street . I''m not sure how you would take it . If I took the time to talk . Because I would give you just a moment . And you would try to take it all . Now you think of love . And how I use to touch you . And you ask if I know that you miss me . And ask me if I miss you too . But the answer is always " No . " Oh No .... Oh No .... You're the one who let me go . Last time we talked you brought up things . You regret that you did wrong . You ran me out of your life . And you have'nt yet quite moved on .... Last time we talked you asked about Steven . And I asked you about Zack . You asked me if the hands of time . Could ever be turned back . I told you I was sorry . For all the things you threw away . Because that was the time we could have shared our lives . And time don't come back again .
