Ooookay, well i haven't had a whole lot happen to me. The first thing was a poisonous shellfish of somekind got the heel of my foot while I was at the beach. My mother and I blew it off as a small cut. The next morning I woke up to the stinging pain and when we looked at it, it had started turning gang green. So, I had to go to the hospital and have emergency surgery. They had to dig a hole and cut out the gang green. Then I got my middle finger stuck in a car door, cut down to the bone. That was interesting. Fell on ice and cracked my tail bone, still hurts in cold weahter. Was in a 4-wheeling accident and twisted my ankel and burnt my leg on the muffler. I fell of my front porch stairs and pulled some muscles in my foot, it looked like I had a golf ball on my foot for about a month. The worst pain I have ever felt was recovering from my c-section. The day after my son was born I was taking pain medication every 4 hours and the nurse "couldn't get to me" on time so I ended up waiting and extra 2 hours for the medicine. It starts wearing off every 3 and a half hours by the time the 4th hour had passed I was in extreme pain. Anyway, that's it for me. |

I think that emotional pain hurts worse at times.. and how did we get a AA in here? That is certainly a lot of injuries... lets see... I smacked my finger with a hammer, shut my fingers in a bathroom stall door (omg that one REALLY hurt), got stung in the back of the knee by a bee ( I was only 6) , Got poked in both eyes when I got pulled out of the mosh pit, ... thats all i can really think of for now.. peace and take care. |

I poked a pair of scissors down into the fleshy partof your hand between your pointer finger and thumb..straight down into my hand..trying to get a glue bottle unplugged in art class in 5th grade and I slipped..that was awful, it makes me all queasy when I think about it..I got my head stuck in a barbed wire fence..and then I got a piece of ceramic clown stuck in my eye during finals week at college..I had to lay in my dormroom with a leaky eye and a pirate's patch over my eye while everyone else went out and partied..I couldn't even open a curtain in my room to let the sun in...it was terrible~Anabel |

Fallen down stairs. Flew of my bike in a shopping centre car park and slid for 2-5 meters only to have the bike roll ontop of me and the handlebars whack me in the head. An infection in the testicles, let me tell you now that it REALLY hurts! And an emotional pain would be being told the love of my life had cheated on me (which she did not thank the gods) |

My worst was emotional pain. My bf and I broke up and I felt like I would die. The next day we got back together and now we are doing ok. That was the most hurtful thing that has ever happened to me. ~Apryl~ |

Giving birth to three children, but I have to say my daughter who weighed 9 lbs was the worst. I thought I was going to split in half and I was in labor for 4 days. ***Shelly*** |

When I had TMJD,(Actually, I still have it), it is Temporo Mandibular joint dysfunction which is a thing where your jaw hurts. It gave me severe migrane headaches to where I couldn't even walk down the stairs at my home. The other most painful thing is emotional pain, it's a killer! |

ok.. here are some of the worst pains ive felt. Once i cut a chunk out of my havd with an axe when i was 4 years old. I learned realyy wuickly not to play with daddy's axe lol. Then one time my brother let a wood stool slam down on my head, he was playing on it and it fell down and hit me and busted it open. then another time he threw a rock and it hit me in the back of the head, splitting it wide open. ok and heres the last one. i was riding my bike one day and happened to take my eyes off the road for a sec to look at the thunderheads behind me, and i lost control of the bike and slammed into someones mailbox. My ear hit the metal flag and cut a deep gash in it. --Lethal Gangsta |

Wow, you've had a lot of painful experiences!! Yikes! Well, two things come to my mind..both of them involve nails. When I was 8 me and a friend were playing tag at night. It was really dark, and I was running from her, and suddenly I ran straight into her picnic table..and the table had a nail sticking out of it and it went right into my shin. It was really scary, it started bleeding really bad and I couldn't walk for like a month. Then in 7th grade I had a door slammed in my face with a nail sticking out the back, and the nail went into my face. That didn't hurt very much but I cried cause I was scared. Good post! |

Once I was running up to a picknic table, decided to jump on it, but missed the bench. And scraped all the skin off both of my shins. Another time I fell out of a tree and hit my rib on a really big rock. I once stuck my finger into a lamp socket with the electricity on. Another painfull time was when my dog dragged me down my gravel drive way. |

Oh, Oh, I just remembered one. When I was 12 years old we had this large iron thing at the end of our driveway because my father was an alcoholic and he came home drunk and ran into the house so they put this up so he couldn't hit the house. Anyway it was like a fence and I was walking on it one day like a tight rope. Well my foot slipped and I came down at full force straddling it in between my legs. It scraped along the insides of both legs and smashed me in "my private area" Let's just say I started puberty early because of it. Thank god I wasn't a boy, I could have done some major damage. ***Shelly*** |

most agonizing for me would be the bubble of anesthetic gas still inside me after i had surgery...god it felt like someone or something physically stabbing me in the side clear to my lungs-- like a broken rib was prodding at the bottom of my right lung, if not punctured the thing. 'painful' would be too weak a word to describe it. the dr. said it would be a side effect tho, as the body absorbed the anaesthetic; just did not xpect to feel stabbed is all. ttyl, -tugger |
