Query regarding validity of relation between energy fields (Aura) and the performing of telekinesis/

I have only recently acquired the ability to see aura. After a large fraction of my life had been devoted to further developing this foreign ability, I found that I could control this 'aura' using only my mind, I later found ways of connection the aura to other foreign objects. I can not only see and control the cloudy purple-gold substance but can also feel its pull. I have been able to move objects using this pull, but even the smallest objects takes a large amount of mental focus and meditation. I wrote this paragraph in the hope of attaining answers from experienced telekinetics/leviationists/telepaths (I believe that this energy can be used for either 3 of these) on whether this technice will suffice in performing telekinesis/leviation/telepathy in an effective fashion. Thank you for any potentially priceless feedback regarding this matter.
