I agree that what you say may be possible. It's not new that big countries try to secure a lethal weapon to avoid the threat of being attacked by other countries. But with such little evidence, it's hard to conclude a story. As a third party, i could think of several versions to this incident based on the news reports. --- /*ck*\  |

| Date: 4/20/2001 1:01:00 PM World War 3 won't start with China and Taiwan. It will start with Israel. But my opinion in the crash is that they sent them up there to make the spy plane crash. The chinese wanted to see what technology they didn't have. Luckily the soldieres destroyed it before they landed. The chinese pilot planned to hit the American spy plane, then ejected, waited for a chinese boat to rescue him, took him to a private military base. Then they used him as an excuse to keep the spy plane to see the technology they did not have. The only thing I think the chinks are up to is to steal the American secrets. Like in Los Alamos, New Mexico. When that one chink got caught stealing nuclear warhead secrets. |

Can you imagine if we had a war with China? What would happen to all our women? I'm a female and fear greatly of China and how their men have been raised....they practically have NO women due to their HIGH abortion rate for female fetuses...therefore the women to men ratio is VERY low. If were were to EVER be invaded by China....us women would have to deal with possiblitity of being raped by men that have never had a woman and desire us. These men have NEVER seen a woman and if they do get a hold of us....OMG we're goners. They would loose control and go on massive sprees....seriously. Oh well, just a thought.... Smiles! |

So i disregard that they were in international airspace. If they were in INAspace then that would tell me China is up to something-Tawain but why is that rinkey dink looking spyplane even doing a mission it looks like a plane from the last World War not our 2000 technolical revolution spy plane that cant be seen anyways one word staged-OH and war=money and reelection for Bush if he handles it well. They dont need an exscuse to keep our plane its on their land its their sovereign territory we dont make demands to them and thats what China let America know!!!I like it. |

humm this is interesting and makes more sence(maybe) I was told that the chinees (opps misspelled something sorry) chinese pilot flew by the US plane and flipped the pilot off and then did it again and again and then hit the US plane. With regard to the Chinese refusing US help in the search for their pilot, perhaps they thought that all though they are clearly inferior, they were more than capable of looking for a crashed fighter jet (in their own country) no? |

Well, I really think the pilot survived, and the government made it look like he died to rally support against America. Like you said, when a pilot crashes in the Navy they can find him very quickly, the same with China's Pilots. They are planning something, a war with America. And Bush is going to make sure it happens.  |

China has more than enough weapons to mess us up, with even 18 ICBM class missiles that can target east coast cities. You should do a little studying before you bash on someone's post.
