Omgosh you guys, this is such an awesome idea. This site has changed the person I am inside, and has helped me to evolve into a better person. We do owe ginger and radman so much, they are the most caring people out there. And i know that everyone here loves them very much. They are all special people, as are each and everyone here on USM. I have been touched by so many people here, I can't name all of them. Everyone has their own little way of doing things, and I love everyone at this site. I am nearly crying at the moment, just the thought of George & Ginger receiving this award has done this to me. I don't know where I would be without the love and support that I receive from all of my USM family & friends here at USM. At one stage I was feeling depressed and was on the brink of suicide. That's when I found USM. I still to this day have no idea how I managed to find it in all millions of websites floating about in cyberspace, but I did and it was a miracle. I found friends and "family" who really care about me, who are "real" friends and not those who only ask how you are because it's polite, but who ask because they really care. I can talk to people who are 9 or 10 years old and I can talk to people who are 50 years old. It doesn't matter, everyone here at USM is part of the "USM Family" and nothing is going to change that. I hope and pray that George & Ginger's efforts at creating the "PERFECT" website does not go unnoticed. The best of luck to both George & Ginger for the running of the "Angel" Award … and even if they do not receive it … we will always know that they should have. Lots of Love,  |

WOW. My whole body is covered in goosebumps and there are tears in my eyes. I hope George and Ginger realize what a difference they have made in so many people's lives. I know that ever since I first came to USM, I have blossomed so much...for the better. They are truly wonderful people..as are SOOO many USMers who come here. Oh my gosh! I am about to cry! I had NO idea that people from USM have done SO MANY wonderful things for other USMers! This is about the sweetest thing I have ever read. Wow! I discovered USM 6 months ago and I am sooo glad i found it! I found new friends, one from the same town as me in England which was pretty ironic and we are now great friends and meet up often (yorkshirelass), i discovered what some people go through and the strength some people have such as White Dove who has great strength and courage to go through what she has gone through and comes out smiling. I disccovered what a great effect pulling together as a whole communtity has on EVERYBODY who is involved. It is a truly wonderful place many of us including me like to call our second home. We all have friends here, special people we like to call our own and our own family. There are so many different nations, religions, races here each one respected and not discriminated, people from all around the world meet here. There are so many people that have done so much to make this site what it is. All the Admins have been wonderful and built this great place for people to be free and express who they truly are, and none of this could have been done without George and Ginger whom we all have a lot to owe to, thank you guys, from over the other side of the pond to most of you guys, they have touched my heart in so many special places and brought me things which would have never been possible without unsolvedmysteries.com. You are going to let me have to know if this is on, in england we dont get the episodes at the same time so please let me know the title of the show whatever so i dont miss out on this!  |

That is so wonderful!!! George and Ginger has made the most beautiful site for ALL of us around this planet. Without them there is no way that I would have made so MANY friends and don't think I could have ever survive. I never felt so much LOVE as I do on this site. When I am depressed, alls I have to do is come here and chat with my friends and they make me laugh. Just about every day I have someone asking me to be their USM mom, aunt, or grandma. I came to this site when I was 14, I didn't have many friends, and very low self-esteem. It is far more than a site, and I feel so exremely lucky to have "stumbled" upon it. This was a long time ago, and usually you outgrow websites and such. Many may say, Oh woow all they have to do is sit at a computer all day and talk to people. They don't understand that they have to do to keep this site running. Neither do I, and nor will I ever. Being fairly new to this site, it is through this wonderful post that I have learned who is due the thanks for this site and I have written to them telling them so. I have been touched by everyone here since day one. I have never had a disagreeable word with anyone and have met many remarkable people here. I just wanted to add a little something about the Big Red: George, I have been coming to this site for more than a year, and in that year I have shed countless tears for those I have met because of your kindness. You and Ginger have affected my life in countless ways, more than even I know. I talk to you as one of my greatest friends, you are a support for me in rough times, one of the most positive people to have ever graced this earth. Given a glass half empty, you would see it as half full. Through all of my hard times, you have been there to listen to me gripe, to offer me solutions as a loving parent would-even though we have never met. Many would say this is only the internet, that such feelings are false, but it is a rarity to find someone who models so much as a father, who fills so many gaps in life as a father figure would. I know that I can come to you with any problem I have, and regardless of your limited time, what with your "real life" job, you will take that extra time and extra step to gaze at my problems with a worldly wisened view and offer me answers and solutions that I never would have come upon myself. You make me think about life, you make me think about myself as someone who is loved by the people around me. I attribute much of my gained self confidence to you. That is absolutely wonderful, and such a great idea! I came upon this website by accident, and from that moment on, I couldn't get enough of it. I am forever spending endless hours here at USM, commenting to people, trying to comfort people, lauging, crying, and contributing my own posts. Whenever I feel that I can't turn to anyone else for help, I know I can always come to USM, which I gladly consider a home! I know that here, I will get genuine kindness, and no lies! This is the most wonderful idea!! Unsolved Mysteries is such a special place to me. I find myself scrambling to find a computer most times because I miss it here. I value the friendships I've made here SO much, The people here are so amazing, they hear me out when I need to talk, and I'm always so happy to know I have someone to talk to when I come online. My (bestest frieds) Amers and Mindy told me about this site while we were in Las Science class...After a week or 2 i hit it off with many people here and became friends with people i've never seen in my life.These people in chat that't i've become friends with helped me with some of my most difficult problems.At one point i had become very sad, almost to the point of hurting myself.I didn't talk about it with anyone at school but i talked with my friends at USM.My friends at USM have helped my through thick and thin, and even some stupid things too!I sit and think about what my life would of been like without USM and to tell the truth...i'd rather not...I thank George and Ginger for making this wonderful site and helping not only me but everyone else who is blessed with the chance to be here...you're faithful USMer-  |

How can I explain in words my love and gratitude to the admins for making this site? It is impossible! They have been working endlessly and unselfishly for so long and I appreciate every minute of it. I love to help in any way that I can because this site means so much to me. When the George and Ginger had the fund to help people of less money to have a nice christmas I donated as much as possible because It was such a wonderful idea. I really dont think I could ask for a better site than this. When I came here over a year ago, I recognized the magic at once. It wasnt as populated or modern as it is now but it was a place I could call home and I still do to this day. Home is where you find love and USM and is a place I come to for friends and support. Ginger helped me to overcome a small depression I was going through after my grandmother died. She e-mailed me and helped to lift the pain off my shoulders. I can not express the gratitude I feel toward her for that. I have made a family here with a lot of people and everytime I see certain individuals in here my day gets better. This site is also edgucational because it has taught me about so many other ways of life. I have learned of other beliefs, religions, backgrounds, and people from all around the world. One of the people that Im really close with lives in Australia even USM is a great place to be and the admins deserve this so much!All my love and support *hugs*  |

How would I begin to tell what USM means to me, and what it has done for me. USM is my second home. I get up at 4 am. each morning and on my way to make coffee, I stop and turn on my computer, and then I go to usm and it stay there all day until I'm ready to go to bed at night. I don't set at the computer all day, but I stop all through the day and see if there is anything new. It's the people that I have met, and come to love that means the most to me. The owners of this site are absoutely the best people in the world. I would call them angels, because Ginger especially has been my angel many, many times. As many of you know, I have been going through a really hard battle, and Ginger has been there with me from the beginning, offering me her prayers, love and support throughout the whole ordeal. So many others have also been there for me, no matter what the need was. If I just needed to talk and a shoulder to cry on, I didn't have to look far to find a friend. We are not just friends on here, we really are more like family. When one of us hurts, we all hurt. When someone is excited about something in their life, we all get excited and happy for that person. USM, is no longer just a web site, it's our home. I have met and made some of the best friendships I have ever had here. People that without usm, I would never have found. Great Idea! Unsolved Mysteries has been so much more than a web site to me. It might be hard for people outside of USM to understand, but I've made friends and family here. This site has become a big part of my life. I can find support here when life is getting me down and I can always come here for a good laugh. If USM were to go it would be as if a big part of me were missing. I think probably the greatest thing this site has done is the prayer section. I've seen miracles proformed through the power of prayers from USMers. George and Ginger have touched MANY peoples lives through USM. I for one will never be the same. ^_^  |

Very well dpoken... and I have to agree...this place is the BOMB what they have done is so very kind . I came here shortly after my mom passed away, I was terribly depressed and with the help of MANY members here encouraging me I spoke out and wrote about my hurt . Through this website I became "whole" again. It took me 4 years to totally come to term with moms passing but now I can talk about everything and laugh and go on with life without feeling guilty.  |
